Hairdressing
You will have the chance to learn new and exciting professional hairdressing techniques including:

  • Blow-drying
  • Curling
  • Straightening
  • Plaited and twisted styles
  • Hair-ups
  • Gents styling techniques
  • Conditioning treatments.

Gily Robbins hairdressingYou will learn how to create beautiful styles and how to best maintain hair condition on one another, or if you want to gain confidence first, on one of my male or female practice heads.

Beauty Therapy

You will have the chance to learn professional beauty therapy techniques which you can take away with you and recreate at home including:

  • Manicures (and advanced types of luxury hand treatment)
  • PedicuresGilly Robbins manicure
  • Hand and arm massage
  • Professional nail art techniques
  • Skin care
  • Homemade beauty products (including face masks, face and body scrubs, nail soaks, hair treatments and much more).

Delivery:  Can be delivered as a one off activity or series of workshops, usually over 6 weeks.
Maximum number of young people: Hairdressing – 8 to 10 (4 long hair and 2 short haired practice heads available. Any number of young people over this will be required to work on one another)
Beauty Therapy – 10 to 12.
Delivery Requirements: Delivery Requirements:
Hairdressing –
Electricity supply and extension lead, tables and chairs.
Beauty Therapy – Running water, tables and chairs.

Availability
: Spring Term 8th January – 12th April 2019
Weekday evenings: Monday to Friday
Weekends: Daytime.

Activities and sessions can be designed or modified to suit your requirements.
